본 앱은 노트 데이터를 사용자 본인의 Google Drive 계정에 백업할 수 있는 선택적(옵트인) 기능을 제공합니다. 이 기능은 사용자가 설정 화면에서 직접 'Google Drive 연결'을 눌러 로그인하고 동의해야만 활성화되며, 연결하지 않으면 모든 데이터는 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
참고: Google Drive로의 전송·저장은 사용자가 본인 계정으로 직접 연결해 이용하는 것으로, 회사가 영업 목적으로 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하는 것과는 다릅니다. Google의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 기기 권한만을 요청하며, 각 권한은 아래 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 권한은 선택 사항이며, 허용하지 않아도 해당 기능을 제외한 나머지 서비스는 정상적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 노트 작성 편의를 위해 마이크로 입력한 음성을 문자로 변환해 주는 '음성 메모' 기능을 제공합니다. 해당 기능은 사용자가 직접 '음성 메모' 버튼을 눌러 실행할 때에만 동작합니다.
참고: 음성을 문자로 변환하는 과정은 운영체제(OS)의 음성 인식 기능이 수행하므로, 사용하는 기기 및 설정에 따라 인식 처리를 위해 음성이 OS 제공사(예: Google)의 음성 인식 서비스로 전송될 수 있습니다. 이는 운영체제 구성요소의 동작이며 회사가 수집하거나 통제하는 것이 아닙니다. 해당 처리는 각 OS 제공사의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
회사는 법령에 규정된 경우 또는 사용자의 별도 동의가 있는 경우를 제외하고는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 사용자가 직접 연결하는 클라우드 백업(Google Drive)은 사용자 본인 계정으로의 저장이며, 이는 회사가 영업 목적으로 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하는 것에 해당하지 않습니다.

If you make an in-app purchase (Premium / Remove Ads), payment is processed through the Google Play billing system, and the Company does not collect or store your payment details (e.g., card numbers).
Additionally, if you choose to connect the "Cloud Backup (Google Drive)" feature yourself, your email address will be displayed and stored in the app during the Google account sign-in process, solely to identify your connected account. It is not transmitted to or separately collected by the Company. See "6. Cloud Backup (Google Drive) Feature" below for details.

Depending on your region (e.g., the EEA) or device settings, you may withdraw your consent to personalized advertising at any time, or control related personal information via the "Reset Ad Consent" menu in the app's settings screen.
This app requires no sign-up and stores all note data locally on your device by default. Files created via the "Create Encrypted Backup" feature (.mib, AES-256 encrypted) or the legacy export file (.json) are likewise stored on your device or shared only to a destination you choose — they are never transmitted to or collected by the developer's servers.
Only if you separately connect the "Cloud Backup" feature will encrypted backup files be transmitted to and stored in your own Google Drive account. See "6. Cloud Backup (Google Drive) Feature" below for details.
This app offers an optional (opt-in) feature to back up your note data to your own Google Drive account. It only activates when you explicitly tap "Connect Google Drive" in Settings and sign in and consent; if you don't connect it, all data stays on your device only.
Note: Transmission and storage to Google Drive happens because you connect your own account directly — this is different from the Company providing your personal information to a third party for business purposes. Google's handling of this data follows Google's Privacy Policy.
The Company requests only the minimum device permissions needed to provide the service, and each is used solely for the purpose below. Permissions are optional — if you don't grant them, the rest of the service remains usable (minus the related feature).
For writing convenience, this app offers a "Voice Memo" feature that converts microphone input into text. It only runs when you explicitly tap the "Voice Memo" button.
Note: Because speech-to-text conversion is performed by the OS's speech recognition feature, depending on your device and settings, audio may be sent to the OS provider's (e.g., Google's) speech recognition service for processing. This is an operating-system component's behavior, not something the Company collects or controls, and is governed by that OS provider's own privacy policy.
Except where required by law or where you have separately consented, the Company does not provide your personal information to third parties. Cloud backup (Google Drive), which you connect yourself, stores data in your own account and does not constitute the Company providing personal information to a third party for business purposes.
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved.
